Can I send this as a gift? Absolutely. Many of our tools are purchased as "gestures of softness" for others. We do not include pricing on our packing slips. To make your gift even more intentional, you can add a digital greeting card or a floral arrangement via our partner links on the product pages.

What does "The Archive" mean? In our curriculum, we believe memories are sacred artifacts. Our "Archival" products...like our jewelry and journals...are designed to help you store, carry, and protect the fragmented pieces of a loved one's legacy so they are never lost.

Are these items "ready to ship"? To remain sustainable and intentional, most of our items are made-to-order. This means your item is printed or engraved specifically for you when you order it. This process usually takes 3-7 business days before shipping.

Shipping & Logistics

How long will it take to receive my order? Because we use a print-on-demand model to ensure high quality and zero waste, please allow approximately 7–14 business days for your items to arrive. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order moves from our hands to the carrier.

What is your return policy? We offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error in your personalization, please contact us immediately. Because our items are custom-made for your journey, we do not offer general returns, but we will always make it right if something isn't perfect.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, and the EU. Please note that EU orders are subject to GPSR compliance and may take slightly longer to arrive due to customs.

How do I care for my Archival Jewelry? Our jewelry is made of high-quality surgical steel with 18k gold options. To keep it pristine, avoid wearing it in water and clean it gently with a soft cloth. It is designed to be a long-lasting heirloom.

How do the Flowering Tea Balls work? Simply place one tea ball in a clear mug (like our Comfort Mug) and pour hot water over it. Wait 3–5 minutes. You will see the tea "bloom" into a flower—a visual reminder that softness and beauty can unfurl even in the heat of a difficult moment.
